The Importance of Accountability For Your Team

If there’s one thing you can do today that will create a lasting impact on your team and organization.
 
As well as your peers and leader.
 
It’s holding yourself and them accountable.
 
Without accountability, there’s no skin in the game.
 
There are no consequences for missing the targets.
 
No consequence for the impact someone is having on your culture.
 
No consequence for not doing what they say they will do.
 
And so, the cycle continues.
